By accessing and using the CZNull GPU benchmarking platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

CZNull reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

CZNull provides web-based GPU and hardware benchmarking services through WebGL technology. The Service includes:

• Various performance tests and benchmarks
• Performance analysis and scoring
• Hardware capability detection
• Educational content about benchmarking

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

When using CZNull, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and personal/educational use
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Not use the Service to harm, disrupt, or negatively impact other users
• Ensure your hardware is properly cooled and capable of handling stress tests
• Take responsibility for any hardware issues that may arise from benchmarking
• Not misrepresent benchmark results or use them fraudulently

Hardware Risks

GPU benchmarking can stress your hardware. While CZNull tests are designed to be safe, intensive benchmarking may:

• Cause temporary system slowdowns
• Increase component temperatures
• Trigger thermal throttling
• In rare cases, expose existing hardware defects

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CZNULL DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• Accuracy or completeness of benchmark results
• Compatibility with all hardware configurations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Protection against hardware damage

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CZNULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Hardware damage or failure
• Data loss or corruption
• System downtime or performance issues
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

All content, features, and functionality of CZNull, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CZNull or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

You may not use CZNull to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar activities
• Create derivative benchmarking services without permission

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CZNull, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CZNull operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
